The oversize ceramic drag washers, without a doubt, produce the smoothest and most dependable drag of any reels sold today. This reel was designed for saltwater use, where powerful fish can smoke a drag. With this extra strong drag that can withstand the saltwater environment, a trophy catfish has no chance in beating the Cabo reel. Other impressive features are the continuous anti-reverse with backup pawl & ratchet and the saltwater resistant finish. I use the CLW 20 PTS reel with 400 yards of 17 lb line capacity. The CLW 30 PTS is suited for those anglers that feel they need more line, it will hold 400 yards of 20 lb test.
